Executive Alliance is in search of an Electrical Systems Engineer who will be responsible for the research, development, design, and testing of electrical systems, components, and equipment. The successful candidate will undertake the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops electrical systems, components, and products tailored for aerospace and defense applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Creates schematics, bills of materials, printed circuit boards, wiring harnesses, and assembly drawings to facilitate the qualification and production phases of the design.
  • Collaborates with various engineering disciplines and departments to guarantee that the overall system meets form, fit, function, and safety specifications.
  • Leads engineering teams in the creation of test control apparatus and qualification/production test support equipment, establishing methods and conditions for product testing in line with system requirements.
  • Oversees activities to ensure that manufacturing processes, construction, installation, and operational testing align with functional specifications and client expectations.
  • Manages and coordinates repair support for production and field returns.
  • Works closely with quality assurance to enhance production testing protocols.
  • Engages with procurement and manufacturing teams to address obsolescence challenges and validate new sources.
  • Coordinates and drafts engineering change notices (ECNs) in accordance with configuration management protocols.
  • Supervises the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
  • Utilizes computer-aided engineering and design software to execute engineering tasks efficiently.

Qualifications and Educational Background:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) from an accredited institution, or an Electrical Engineering Technology degree with a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
