Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Executive Alliance. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical components, equipment, and systems for aerospace and defense purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical equipment, components, and systems to meet customer requirements and military standards.
  • Prepare schematics, bills of materials, printed circuit boards, wiring harness, and assembly drawings to support qualification and production build of the design.
  • Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure overall system form, fit, function, and safety requirements are achieved.
  • Direct and coordinate repair assistance of production and field returns.
  • Coordinate with quality assurance to support production test procedures.
  • Coordinate with purchasing and manufacturing to support obsolescence issues and verification/validation of new sources.
  • Prepare engineering change notices (ECNs) per configuration management standards.
  • Direct and coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.
  • Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university; or an Electrical Engineering Technology degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
