We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Banking Specialist to join our team at EagleBank. As a Digital Banking Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery of our digital banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2nd level support to customers using our digital banking services, resolving complex issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Implement and troubleshoot digital banking products, ensuring accurate and efficient servicing.
  • Liaise with customers and bank staff to ensure effective communication of services, training, and product features.
  • Process digital banking requests and applications, ensuring compliance with departmental procedures and minimizing losses.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated calls from the internal Customer Care Center.
  • Maintain department files and records, monitoring daily reports for accuracy and taking appropriate action.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in banking, including troubleshooting of digital banking products.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • Experience with a core banking system, FIS products preferred.
  • General knowledge of banking products, including digital banking.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong oral and written communication skills.
