Key Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming closed loans to determine necessary documents and data for booking into IBS
  • Book new, renewals, modifications, and loan extensions into IBS, extracting necessary information to properly set up loans onto IBS
  • Create customer records, loan accounts, notes, and commitment records
  • Tie guarantor, BOC relationships, and collateral to loan and customer records and loan accounts
  • Process account maintenance and email requests, requiring research and document review, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Review and process daily reports, including rejected items, auto debit/ACH, change of address, and daily transactions
  • Prepare monthly reports, including formatting, organizing, and delivery of reports
  • Process loan payments and payoffs
  • Mail loan statements/notices daily
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of loan servicing, loan documentation, or related job experience in the financial industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, preferably proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Familiarity with General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions
  • Knowledge of FIS/IBS bank core system or other similar banking system
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Completion of specialized banking or finance courses
