Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Colonial Williamsburg Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and decision-makers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior conference sales experience at a four-star or four-diamond hotel/resort
- Knowledge of the Colonial Williamsburg Company and its products and services
