Position Title: Automotive Claims Customer Service

Overview: The Automotive Claims Customer Service role is designed for individuals who excel in customer interactions and possess a foundational understanding of automotive processes. This position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support regarding claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries from clients, service representatives, repair shops, and customers concerning claims submission.
- Assess eligibility and coverage for claims.
- Record pertinent details related to claims in a specialized computer system.
- Execute additional tasks as required within the department.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
- Capability to engage professionally with customers via phone.
- Competence in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
- Collaborative team player with a solid work ethic.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM (overtime compensation available).
