Overview: The Automotive Claims Customer Service role is designed for individuals who excel in customer interactions and possess a foundational understanding of automotive processes. This position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and support regarding claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from clients, service representatives, repair shops, and customers concerning claims submission.
  • Assess eligibility and coverage for claims.
  • Record pertinent details related to claims in a specialized computer system.
  • Execute additional tasks as required within the department.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Capability to engage professionally with customers via phone.
  • Competence in using computers and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Collaborative team player with a solid work ethic.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with alternating Saturdays from 8 AM to 2 PM (overtime compensation available).
