To evaluate high-level commercial liability claims on behalf of our esteemed clients, ensuring accurate determination of benefits while adhering to service expectations, industry standards, and specific client requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Conducting thorough analysis and processing of claims through well-structured action plans to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering pertinent information.
- Negotiating settlements within designated authority limits.
- Maintaining clear communication regarding claim activities with both claimants and clients.
- Reporting claims to excess carriers and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Education & Experience: A minimum of 5 years in claims management or a relevant combination of education and experience is required. A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory, while a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred. Professional certification relevant to the line of business is advantageous.
Licensing Knowledge: An active adjuster's license is highly preferred.
