Key Responsibilities
  • Examine Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and modify claims in accordance with company standards
  • Prepare and submit appeals to insurance providers with appropriate treatment justifications
  • Review accounts for precise fee documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the Central Billing Office (CBO) team to enhance office revenue
  • Identify and communicate areas for process enhancement
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines
  • Engage in meetings as required
  • Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • 2-4 years of experience in the dental sector
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with EPIC software
  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in claims auditing within a group practice environment
