We are seeking a skilled and experienced bartender to join our team at Kairos Events and Catering, a high-end venue in downtown Gainesville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating unique and exceptional drink experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute craft cocktails that showcase your expertise and creativity
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with each guest
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-end venue
  • Knowledge of craft beer, wine, and mixology principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
