Liberty Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is actively seeking dedicated full-time and part-time Patient Care Assistants who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Located in a central area, our 94-bed facility is easily accessible and provides a supportive environment for both staff and residents. If you are eager to join a collaborative team, we invite you to explore this opportunity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide attentive care to residents, ensuring their safety and comfort under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
- Adhere to all facility protocols as well as Federal and State regulations.
- Support Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) in delivering exceptional care.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, meal service, feeding, mobility assistance, and repositioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation and reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a valid certification as a Patient Care Assistant in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
