Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to join our team at Ennoble Care. As a key member of our hospice care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Care for a census of 5-6 patients and provide personalized attention to each individual's needs.
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, grooming, and skin care.
  • Provide assistance with toileting, positioning, and transfer activities, as well as frequent turning and positioning of bed-bound residents.
  • Assist with prescribed exercise and ROM activities taught by our hospice nurses.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including changing bed linens and patient laundry.
  • Feed and assist with meals, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
  • Report any changes in patient condition to our nurses.
Requirements
  • Valid PA CHHA certification.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable mode of transportation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
