The Senior Vehicle Maintenance Specialist is tasked with accurately diagnosing and repairing vehicles while following industry standards and company protocols.


COMPENSATION:
$105,000 - $150,000 annually - Varies based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnoses vehicles in accordance with relevant certifications and experience levels.

Executes tasks as detailed in the Multi-point Inspection and/or Repair Order with precision and efficiency.

Communicates technical assessments and necessary repairs to non-technical personnel, which may include management and customers.


Advises on essential services to maintain vehicle performance; accurately records all recommendations in the customer database.

Adheres to all safety protocols and promptly reports any issues to the Shop Foreman or Management.

Maintains current ASE certifications and ensures timely renewal of any expiring credentials.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent

Professional diagnostic experience in the automotive field

Preferred: at least one valid ASE certification or equivalent training

Valid driver's license required

Availability to work a minimum of five days per week.
