About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic leader to join our Information Technology team as the Director, IT Infrastructure. This role requires a visionary leader with a track record of successfully implementing and managing IT infrastructure, coupled with M and A experience and a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of cloud services, on-premise compute and storage, and data center operations.
  • Lead High-Performance Computing (HPC) initiatives, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
  • Manage network and telecommunications infrastructure, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Oversee end-user computing and collaboration tools, ensuring they meet business needs.
  • Direct the Help Desk team to provide excellent service and support to end-users.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and partners to optimize the performance and functionality of IT infrastructure.
  • Implement and manage a suite of engineering tools and services to support the product development and operations teams.
  • Ensure the availability and scalability of development, testing, and deployment environments.
  • Lead the adoption of DevOps practices and tools to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Bring M and A experience to lead efforts for system divestiture, ensuring seamless alignment of systems and processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, engineering tools and services, cybersecurity, and Data and Analytics/AI.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing, HPC, network management, and data center operations.
  • Strong knowledge in cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor industry processes and business requirements.
  • Experience in leading and managing a diverse and global IT team.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
  • Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value.
