We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.
Job SummaryThis position requires the ability to provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting. You will work closely with our team to provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and clinical oversight to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
Responsibilities- Provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide clinical supervision and oversight to facility staff
- Liaise with other community providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and perform physical, hands-on maneuvers and techniques as needed
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
- Physical ability to frequently talk, listen, use hands and fingers, sit, stand, walk, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Competitive salary range: $6,250 - $7,250 per month
- Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates
