We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Residential Treatment Facilities (RTFs) in Portland, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive mental health assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing clinical services to individuals affected by severe and persistent mental illness.
- Supervise and train Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to residents.
- Collaborate with facility staff and community providers to ensure high-quality care and services.
- Participate in crisis de-escalation training and provide emergency support as needed.
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Active licensure or willingness to obtain licensure as a therapist.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- A competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials.
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
