We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Therapist to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Residential Therapist, you will provide on-site clinical services for our Columbia Rose RTF and Willamette Rose RTF programs in Portland, Oregon.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide clinical services and supervision for individuals affected by a severe and persistent mental illness in a residential treatment setting.
- Assist with training and clinical oversight of the Residential Associates who provide 24-hour residential support services to the residents.
- Perform Comprehensive Mental Health Assessments, Assessment Updates, and Treatment Plans.
- Provide clinical oversight and consultation to facility staff and liaison with other community providers.
- Be accessible by phone for emergency purposes and complete crisis de-escalation training.
- Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
- Unlicensed Therapists must be actively seeking or willing to obtain licensure.
- Two years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
- Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.
- A competitive salary range of $6,250 - $7,250 per month, depending on experience and credentials.
- A 5% language differential for bilingual or multilingual candidates.
