About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical services and treatment provision within our assigned region, supervising Residential Therapists, and documenting supervision activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs simultaneously, including Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing.
  • Oversee clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region.
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities.
  • Temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence.
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information.
Requirements
  • Must have a Master's degree in a mental health field.
  • Licensure as an Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist is strongly preferred.
  • Must have three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting.
  • Minimum one year of management/managerial experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision is preferred.
  • Ability to have an understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
What We Offer
  • $7,500 - $9,166.66 per month DOE/Credentials.
  • Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates.
