Estimator Position Summary
We are looking for a Civil Estimating Manager to join our team at Summit Construction & Development. As a key member of our estimating department, you will be responsible for developing detailed estimates for various projects, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimating teams to develop comprehensive estimates for civil scope of works, including site development, underground utilities construction, concrete, and roadways construction
• Utilize estimating software tools to perform take-offs, analyze data, and identify opportunities for cost savings
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate estimates, contract compliance, and timely delivery
• Develop and maintain cost databases to support business decision-making
• Conduct research to obtain data on labor costs, materials, production times, and other relevant information
• Prepare bid documents, proposals, and reports for senior management and clients

Requirements:
• Strong leadership and technical skills in estimating and construction management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Proven experience in leading high-performing teams and driving business growth
• Proficiency in using estimating software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant applications

Salary Range: $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
