At Octopi Brewing Co., we are expanding our operations and are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. Our facility is equipped with modern technology to support brewers in various beverage production tasks.


Position Summary:

The Production Team Brewer plays a vital role in executing a range of cellar operations, ensuring quality and efficiency throughout the production process. Responsibilities include batching, fermentation, overseeing beverage production, cleaning and sanitizing equipment, among other tasks.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Acquire knowledge of and operate all cellar piping and equipment, with an initial focus on batching processes.
  • Perform cleaning and sanitization (CIP) on all equipment and piping.
  • Master all cellar processes including beer finishing, yeast management, transfers, batching, blending, and non-beer related tasks.
  • Consistently produce in-spec products.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all tasks.
  • Follow all personal protective equipment (PPE) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
