Description: RenewAire is seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician to produce high-quality sheet metal parts on state-of-the-art equipment. The ideal candidate will bring current fabrication experience and a desire to grow in expertise, supporting team members in the department. Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain sheet metal equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings. Set up and adjust machines to produce high-quality parts, monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, collaborating with team members to improve production processes and efficiency. Perform material handling with attention to detail, completing necessary forms and collaborating with engineers and programmers to reduce cycle time and increase quality. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, metal fabrication courses a plus. Minimum 1 year of experience in sheet metal fabrication, including laser, punch, panel bender, and/or press brake equipment. Strong attention to detail and quality control, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
