Project Manager in Community Association

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead our community association project team at Giles Flythe Engineers. This is a salaried position with an estimated annual salary range of $90,000 - $115,000, offering a competitive bonus plan and comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Community Associations, condominium boards, and property owners to develop tailored solutions for their reserve study needs.
- Conduct on-site field investigations, perform take-offs, and evaluate buildings and site improvements to create accurate reserve plans.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering from an accredited program.
- Professional Engineering license or ability to obtain one within six months required.
- Reserve Specialist (RS) designation preferred but not required.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality services, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently.
