Job Summary

The Shift Supervisor RN is responsible for overseeing the operational activities of our facility during non-business hours. This role requires strong clinical coordination, mentoring, and quality assurance skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as administrative authority for efficient operation of departments on assigned shift
  2. Ensure adequate staffing through resource coordination and collaboration with nurse leadership
  3. Conduct rounds to monitor operations and delivery of nursing care, assess quality issues, and document findings
  4. Assure regulatory compliance through record keeping and charting initiatives
  5. Guide implementation of Clinical Policy & Procedure to ensure safe and sanitary practices
  6. Provide guidance and assistance to departments with policies and procedures
  7. Lead problem analysis, resolution, and effective communication to facilitate quality service delivery
Requirements
  • Associate Degree in Business or Healthcare-related field
  • Current North Carolina licensure as Registered Nurse
  • Minimum 1 year work-related experience in business, leadership, or healthcare
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
