  • Make proactive calls to fill schedules for both club and non-club customers
  • Maintain a conversion ratio of 85% or higher
  • Promote club membership during interactions
  • Utilize the ACT (acknowledge, concern, task) method for addressing customer complaints and inform the relevant team leader
  • Assist dispatchers with scheduling adjustments as necessary
  • Confirm appointments through phone calls and text messages
  • Verify the upcoming week’s pre-scheduled appointments
  • Provide backup training for dispatch operations
