The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a strong problem-solver, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to make informed sales decisions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
