About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Land Development Project Manager to join our team at LDC Inc. in the Pacific Northwest.

This role will involve managing development projects, code amendments, and coordinating complex development applications.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of permitting/project management processes and/or principles and practices of land use planning and/or public policy.

They should also be able to read, interpret, and apply federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage development projects, code amendments, and coordinate complex development applications.
  • Prepare, write, and submit documents or grant application components relating to demographics, maps, plats, etc., to local, state, and federal government agencies for consideration.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to interpret, administer and enforce land use regulations within the context of established policy and applicable law.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in planning, geography, civil engineering, political science, economics, environmental sciences; AND, five (5) years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong background in planning, specifically for municipalities in Washington State.
  • Valid Washington driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits

LDC Inc. offers competitive pay and a complete benefits package to all eligible employees and their dependents.

The estimated salary range for this position is $105,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
