ROLE SUMMARY:
Insurance Account Representative at Shane Andrus - State Farm Agent is seeking a driven Producer who can identify opportunities and effectively convert leads into enduring client relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, ascertain customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success daily.
- Partner with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term client relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
- Ability to connect effectively with clients.
- Property & Casualty license is required.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
- Base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
