ROLE SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate leads, arrange meetings, ascertain customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.

  • Exhibit a strong work ethic with unwavering dedication to success daily.
  • Partner with your agency's team to foster successful, long-term client relationships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing).
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets is preferred.
  • Ability to connect effectively with clients.
  • Property & Casualty license is required.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:

  • Base salary plus commission/bonus structure.
