Position Overview

As a Bilingual Healthcare Receptionist, you are essential in delivering outstanding patient service and administrative assistance. Your key responsibilities will include managing patient check-ins, confirming and updating records, and handling payments for self-paying patients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in patients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and updated in the Radiology Information System.
  • Process and record payments for self-pay patients, maintaining accuracy in all financial dealings.
  • Assist in preparing the clinic for patient appointments, ensuring all operations are ready.
  • Provide support as a backup for the greeter and scheduler when required.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Gather medical information from patients and ensure it is accurately updated or verified in the Radiology Information System.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration within a healthcare environment.
  • Act as a communication bridge between patients and medical staff, addressing questions and facilitating interactions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is mandatory.

Compensation Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
