Clinical Healthcare Specialist

Christus Health is seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, the ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, coordinate clinical activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans based on clinical assessments and patient needs.
- Coordinate and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, with medical terminology knowledge.
- One year of experience in a related healthcare field, with three years preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and keyboarding proficiency.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently, with bilingual Spanish skills a plus.
Working Conditions:
- General office environment with frequent patient contact and VDT exposure.
- Long periods of sitting with opportunities for flexibility in work schedule.
