Key Responsibilities
  • Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing customers with expert knowledge on our products and services.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, driving sales and customer satisfaction through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback to associates on customer experience standards and performance expectations.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
  • Participate in feedback loops to continuously improve business operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues to the Store Manager.
Requirements
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices, such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction skills, with the ability to work with large teams and communicate effectively with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
  • The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, with a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
