Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate as an active team member in assigned areas, contributing to the achievement of production goals.
  2. Perform a variety of tasks, including operating manufacturing equipment, handling products, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  3. Assist in training new team members and ensure compliance with established food safety programs.
  4. Effectively follow directions and communicate positively with team members in all departments.
  5. Attend meetings and training sessions as required.
Requirements
  1. Ability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  2. Ability to work in a refrigerated environment (45-50°F).
  3. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.
  4. Must be a team player.
  5. Must be able to pass a physical examination and demonstrate ability to lift required weights.
  6. Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire 8-hour shift.
  7. Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Preferred Experience
  1. Experience working in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
  2. Experience working with knives.
