Psychiatric Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychiatric Care Specialist to join our adult psychiatric facility team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated individual who shares our commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have previous healthcare experience and be certified in CPR. Excellent attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with implementing and operating programs within the adult psychiatric facility.
- Provide direct patient care by planning, organizing, and implementing psychiatric rehabilitation activities.
- Screen and assess patients, documenting behavior and keeping records as required.
Requirements:
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- CPR certification
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull 50lbs or more
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
