Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative Virtual to join our team at Qonten. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, either through phone, email, or chat
  • Document all customer interactions and outcomes in our internal system
  • Liaise with internal teams to adjust service offerings and assess related costs
  • Provide first-tier customer support, responding to forwarded customer service requests in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • High-quality customer service skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating multiple online systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
