About the Role

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banker Associate I. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, providing personalized financial solutions and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use a consultative approach to identify and meet the financial needs of customers, recommending appropriate products and services to enhance their financial well-being.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of Retail consumer and small business products and services, utilizing this expertise to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and deepen existing relationships, leveraging tools such as CAMP and other approved marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Business Partners to provide holistic financial solutions, referring customers to relevant products and services as needed.
  • Consistently meet or exceed customer experience and individual/team production goals, driving revenue growth and enhancing the overall financial center P&L.
Requirements
  • College degree or equivalent work experience, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Experience in the financial industry, preferably in a sales or customer-facing role.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of Retail policies and procedures, utilizing good judgment to make sound decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
