Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Collections Part Time professional to join our team at Hot Springs Village Property Owners Assoc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and collecting on all assessment customer accounts, as well as coordinating third-party collection efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service for all collection phone inquiries related to assessments.
- Act as the liaison for all third-party services to maximize collection of assessment dollars.
- Coordinate sending late notices for all assessment accounts due.
- Facilitate proactive collection calls for past due assessments.
- Monthly reconciliation of related subledger receivable accounts.
- Provide property, member, and delinquency metric reports to management weekly and monthly.
- Collaborate with Member Services as needed for customer service related to assessments.
- Regular attendance is required.
Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, the ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, good customer service and phone skills, attention to detail, and experience with managing data records. 2-3 years' experience with accounts receivables or collections is preferred.
Work Environment:
The work environment is fast-paced and requires strong organizational skills. The successful candidate will be able to work independently with minimal supervision and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
