Job Summary:

The Medical Claims Processor will be responsible for receiving and processing medical claims from healthcare providers and patients, ensuring accurate and timely payment of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process medical claims from healthcare providers and patients
  • Verify claim information and ensure accuracy
  • Process claims in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with healthcare providers and patients regarding claim status and any issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in medical claims processing required
  • Medical Billing and Coding Certification required
  • Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
  • HIPPA certified
  • Customer Service Experience preferred
  • Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
