Position Summary
This role is responsible for overseeing the execution of CHS Inc.'s Qualified Retirement Plans, which encompass both union and non-union pension plans, as well as 401(k) plans. Additionally, it involves managing Non-Qualified Retirement Plans, including SERP and Deferred Compensation. This position is pivotal in shaping the organization's retirement benefits programs and policies.

Key Responsibilities
1. **Manage Qualified Retirement Plans**: Analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement and risk management related to plan design and execution.
2. **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work alongside various departments to support Executive (NQ) Retirement Plans, ensuring compliance with necessary filings.
3. **Vendor Oversight**: Supervise the performance of record-keeping, investment management, and consulting partners.
4. **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay updated on evolving regulations, ensuring that plans adhere to compliance standards.
5. **Governance and Agenda Management**: Collaborate with CHS staff to manage governance and prepare materials for Quarterly Retirement Plan Committee meetings.
6. **Employee Education**: Develop educational materials and conduct workshops to inform employees about retirement programs.
7. **Strategic Planning**: Formulate long-term retirement strategies aligned with organizational goals, considering workforce demographics and industry trends.
8. **Plan Design and Optimization**: Partner with senior leadership to design and enhance retirement plans, ensuring they attract and retain talent while managing costs effectively.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 7+ years of experience in Retirement Plans Management

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS)
- Extensive experience in retirement plan administration, preferably in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of retirement plan regulations and compliance requirements
- Analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to influence across all levels of the organization
- Strategic thinking to identify opportunities for enhancing employee experience

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems.

Compensation and Benefits
