About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to join our team at Sovah Health - Danville. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Emergency Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective department operations
  • Collaborate with physicians and other stakeholders to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements
  • Current VA (or Multi-state) RN license
  • Nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelors degree preferred)
  • Minimum of one (1) year of RN clinical experience in an emergency department
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory/management or Charge Nurse experience, preferably in a patient care setting
