Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate support requests with the technical team.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and services.
- Complete various projects for the manager, including data analysis, scheduling appointments, and client outreach.
- Initiate client-care calls to ensure existing clients are satisfied and to offer additional services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- College degree required, as it aligns with our client base.
- Experience in Human Resources or hiring.
- Experience in business and customer-facing roles.
- Proven customer service skills, including phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills.
- Self-disciplined with strong organizational skills.
- Strong people skills, dependability, and flexibility.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Comfortable with online systems and navigating websites.
- Reliable access to a computer with high-speed internet and a telephone with a headset.
