Job Summary:

VRC Companies is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Confidential Information Shredding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for performing onsite and offsite document destruction of confidential information using mobile based shredding equipment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will also possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as you will be operating a company vehicle.

In this role, you will transport documents, equipment, hard drives, and supplies to and from customer locations while complying with traffic regulations. You will also be responsible for safe and proper loading and unloading of trucks, as well as performing mandated daily safety and maintenance checks on truck and shredder equipment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $17-$23 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
