Job Overview:
VRC Companies is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Confidential Document Shredder to join our team. As a mobile-based shredding equipment operator, you will be responsible for safely destroying confidential information at customer locations.

Salary and Benefits:
$19-$25 per hour based on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance and paid time off. Responsibilities:
* Perform onsite/offsite document destruction of confidential information using mobile based shredding equipment.
* Operate a company vehicle in a safe, professional manner, demonstrating proficiency in handling and maneuvering trucks and equipment.
* Transport documents, equipment, hard drives, supplies, etc. to and from customer locations while complying with traffic regulations.
* Responsible for safe and proper loading and unloading trucks.
* Perform mandated daily safety and maintenance checks on truck and shredder equipment.
* Follow all safety requirements as outlined in company policies.
* Maintain a responsible approach to all security matters related to VRC operations while always following the company's policies and procedures.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
* Complete all necessary paperwork accurately as required by company policy.
* Maintain cleanliness of truck interior and exterior.
* Always maintain personal appearance and truck presentation in accordance with policies.

* Meet department productivity and quality standards.
* Move records from one location to another utilizing all company security measures.
* Stay organized and give attention to detail.

* Receive, comprehend, and respond appropriately to direction.
* Move around as required by job needs.
* Follow all company policies and procedures.
* Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
* Willingness to work overtime hours as needed, including holidays and weekends if required.
