Join Our Team as a CNC Machining Specialist

Volt is seeking a skilled CNC Machining Specialist to support our client in their manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Machinery Operation:** Utilize advanced computer-controlled machinery (CNC) to accurately cut, assemble, and fabricate materials into high-quality parts or products.
2. **Blueprint Interpretation:** Effectively read and interpret blueprints and design sketches to properly set up machines for the cutting and fabrication processes.
3. **Material Selection:** Select appropriate cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials to ensure optimal production outcomes.
4. **Quality Inspection:** Conduct thorough examinations and measurements of completed units and parts, identifying any malfunctions in machine operations.
5. **Machine Maintenance:** Adjust machine controls, perform minor repairs, and regularly inspect machinery to ensure efficient operation.
6. **Safety Compliance:** Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety standards and regulations.

This is a full-time position with a structured schedule:
Working Hours: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design sketches.

Compensation:
Pay rates range from $25 to $32 per hour, determined by various factors including education, work experience, and specific job duties.
