Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Chilled Food Preparation Specialist to join our team.

Position Details
  • Role: Full-time position focused on the preparation of cold food items.
  • Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with a shift from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
  • Experience: Previous experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
  • Compensation: Pay ranges from $15.70 to $16.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities

The Chilled Food Preparation Specialist will:

  • Review daily production schedules and preparation requirements.
  • Prepare a variety of sandwich meats, cheeses, and salads while adhering to quality and portion control standards.
  • Restock deli and cold food items in accordance with merchandising guidelines.
  • Transport food items to and from workstations, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including counters and refrigeration units.
  • Utilize slicing machines and knives to prepare food items to specified thickness.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold service standards and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
