As a recognized partner of Filevine, we provide essential services to numerous law firms, many of which require tailored Lead Docket implementations and ongoing enhancements. Our Lead Docket Optimization services have seen significant growth, and we collaborate with some of the most prominent and rapidly expanding law firms in the industry.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Exceptional proficiency with Lead Docket, assessing marketing effectiveness, and implementing best practices for law firm intake.
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for enhancing our Lead Docket service offerings.
- Experience in mentoring team members who primarily focus on Filevine, with some involvement in Lead Docket projects.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development in technology and teamwork.
- A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fully remote work environment when objectives are clearly defined.
Required Skills
- Strategic thinker capable of guiding clients through effective marketing strategies.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working with Lead Docket.
- At least 3 years of experience in law firm marketing and/or intake processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an integrated team member focused on enhancing legal technology platforms and training users effectively. While this role centers on Lead Docket, we apply this philosophy across all our services.
- Assist plaintiff law firms in optimizing their intake performance through our Lead Docket Optimization services. We facilitate marketing integrations for comprehensive lead tracking and ROI reporting.
- Utilize our custom Lead Docket Dashboard to monitor intake team performance and provide detailed results to marketing partners.
- Conduct regular client check-ins to ensure project alignment and foster long-term relationships.
