We're currently seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities impacting our customers, and provide actionable recommendations to improve customer outcomes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  4. Design and implement A/B testing to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  5. Provide regular updates to senior management on key performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of data analytics and business experience, specifically in credit card products.
  • Strong SAS and SQL skills.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting using SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, synthesize data, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey data insights to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to perform A/B testing and analyze experimental results.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Experience using data to tell compelling stories.
