Quality Director I Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Director I to lead our Program Quality Engineers on development and production programs in New Hampshire and Austin. The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, continuous process improvement, and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Program Quality Engineers on development and production programs
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans
  • Conduct continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Manage lifecycle of products and systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 12 years work experience or 16+ years of experience in lieu of degree
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with quality science tools (APQP/PPAP, 8D RCCA, Statistical Process Controls, Lean Six Sigma, Auditing)
  • Knowledge of industry standards (AS9100, AS9102 and AS9145)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
  • Active Secret or higher clearances
