This position operates in the field, with a company-provided take-home vehicle. Our focus is primarily on occupied residential properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine plumbing system layouts, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems.
- Plan, install, and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment, and controls, which may transport water, waste, gases, or hot liquids.
- Deliver excellent customer service by educating residential clients on recommended plumbing services for identified hazards or foreseeable issues.
- Identify necessary tools and specialized equipment
- Select appropriate pipe types and sizes
- Locate and mark positions for connections and fixtures
- Install supports and hangers for pipes, fixtures, and equipment
- Assemble and install valves and fittings
- Install, repair, and maintain water treatment equipment, piping, and controls
- Install, repair, and maintain underground storm, sanitary, and water piping systems
- Install, repair, and maintain sinks, tubs, and toilets
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and conditioners
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, appliances, and trim
- Test pipe systems and fixtures for leaks
- Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures
- Adhere to all codes during installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications for systems and fixtures
- Confirm that all installations, repairs, and maintenance are properly sized, aligned, supported, and graded
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and environmental protection requirements
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Capability to make informed business decisions
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and listening skills
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to effectively sell services to customers, assisting them in selecting the best options and striving for referrals and repeat business

Experience/Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Journeyman's License Preferred
- Familiarity with local plumbing codes
- Proven experience in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair
