We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative - BDC to join our dynamic team at Yark Automotive. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing an exceptional customer experience. With a focus on creating a world-class automotive experience, you'll work closely with customers, schedule appointments, and ensure that every interaction meets our high standards.

Salary
Our salary for this position is estimated at $52,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:
  • Greeting customers and understanding their needs
  • Directing customers to the proper location and facilitating a smooth experience
  • Scheduling appointments and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Working effectively with computer systems and software
  • Attending training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date on procedures and best practices
  • Maintaining regular attendance and being punctual


Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and experience in customer-facing roles. A valid driver's license is also required. Additionally, you should possess basic math skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, and be able to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
