Strategic Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Redis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing a sales strategy within an assigned territory, resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales pipeline opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with assigned customers and prospect accounts, resulting in growth opportunities.
- Lead a joint company-strategic account planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver positive customer outcomes.
- Close business to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- 6+ years of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos.
- Experience with Financial Services accounts.
- A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with databases, developers, and open source technology.
