Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $13,000-$26,000 in commission, with an average first-year earnings of $18,500. Additionally, you will receive multiple extra bonuses, competitions, incentives/prizes, and opportunities for advancement. Our benefits package also includes housing/furniture setup for interns in our markets, networking opportunities, and potential full-time hire upon completion of the internship.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales and Marketing Intern at Shift, you will be responsible for:
  1. Developing, refining, and mastering sales skills to generate revenue.
  2. Leveraging sales technologies, such as CRM's, to enhance performance.
  3. Providing exceptional support to clients and promoting like-minded success through friendly competition and growth mindset training.
  4. Demonstrating learned sales skills and abilities.
Additionally, you will have the chance to work on various projects, including developing marketing strategies, analyzing sales data, and creating engaging content.
