Sales Director for Insurance Growth

Dane Street, LLC is a fast-paced Inc. 500 company with a high-performance culture seeking an experienced Sales Director for Insurance Growth to drive revenue expansion in the Workers' Compensation market.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and insurance, with expertise in identifying and developing new business opportunities. The Sales Director will be responsible for achieving revenue targets by building relationships with clients and operations teams, and implementing effective strategies to grow Dane Street's wallet share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Bid on new accounts and negotiate contracts to secure business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management
Requirements:
- 4-year College degree (BA/BS)
- Auto or Workers Compensation Claims experience preferred
- IME sales experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
